We operate an email delivery and management system. We send transactional notifications — such as service fees and payment-due reminders — to users who have registered for our services directly or through partner programs. We send only the communications recipients need, at an appropriate frequency.

Email Sending Policy

• We send only to users who are registered for our services.
• Every message includes an unsubscribe link and a List-Unsubscribe header for one-click opt-out.
• Opt-out requests are honored immediately and the address is removed from all future sends.
• Bounces and complaints are processed automatically (via Amazon SNS) and suppressed immediately.
• We continuously monitor bounce and complaint rates and automatically pause sending if thresholds are exceeded.
• Our sending domain fireredirect.com is authenticated with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.

Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email; it takes effect immediately. If the link is unavailable, please contact us below.
